Body – A healthy body full of energy that is capable of any task which is reflected in its appearance. Energy.
Spirit – In Alignment and in Connection to the Universe. Stillness
If we can achieve each of these keywords in our life: “Momentum, Energy, Stillness”, then we will find a life of contented fulfilment.
In the world we live in we have a tendency to compartmentalize things narrowly focusing on things like money or appearance, leaving us unwhole.
By bringing our focus back to the healing of the Mind, Body and Spirit we can become whole again.
