Most people think Personal Training means being pushed to your utter limits, and that can be a part of it...but it shouldn't be all of it. My approach takes into account nurturing as well as discipline. Read more here

Instead of just using weights for resistance, we can look at what your lifestyle will best benefit from. If you travel alot, perhaps resistance bands are a better option.
